1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Tnsyle (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Description of Service

Tnsyle is a mobile fitness application that provides workout tracking, exercise recommendations, progress analytics, educational content, and optional social, voice, and health-sync features.

The App is provided for general fitness and wellness purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

3.1 Age

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3.2 Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3.3 Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for unlawful purposes
Post harmful, offensive, or infringing content
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
Use automated means to access the App without permission
Interfere with other users' use of the App

5. Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process your content as necessary to operate the App.

5.2 Our Content

App content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Tnsyle and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Exercise and fitness activities involve risk of injury. You are solely responsible for your health and safety when using the App.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing any exercise programme. Do not disregard professional medical advice because of information in the App.

7. Subscriptions and Paid Features

Some features may require a paid subscription when offered in the App store. Pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the applicable app store terms and the information shown before purchase.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (such as Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, Firebase, Health Connect, or Apple Health). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements, or that results will be accurate or reliable.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TNSYLE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, IF ANY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tnsyle from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App, by email where available, or by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@tnsyle.app to attempt informal resolution. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be subject to the courts or arbitration mechanisms permitted under applicable Indian law.

14. General

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tnsyle regarding the App.
